No. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients.
Membership appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments missed without notice are forfeited, and unused appointments expire at the end of the membership period.
Memberships are non-refundable once purchased. Product rewards earned through your membership may not be exchanged for cash.
Yes, once your current membership period ends you're welcome to move to a different tier that better matches your routine.
